Who is Chorus?
At Chorus, we believe smart home security should be amazingly simple. Not only do we focus on new technologies in home security, but we also install every piece of it for you. From 24/7 monitoring to doorbell video cameras to programmable thermostats and more, our goal is simple: make your home safer while also making it smarter.
Will my existing security system continue to work?
Yes, your system will continue to work. In some cases, we may need to remotely adjust the settings on your control panel. In a few isolated situations, we will need to visit your home to make the change. If required, one of our customer service professionals will contact you to determine a convenient time to make the adjustment.
Will my monthly bill increase because of this change?
No. Your bill will not increase. Chorus has committed to maintain your current rates for at least one year. During that time, your cost of service will remain the same unless you request upgrades to your system.
How will I pay my bill?
Your account will transition to the Chorus billing system by the end of this year. Chorus offers multiple ways to pay your bill and these options will be clearly described in your first Chorus bill. Over 90% of our customers use auto-payment.
