James Seabolt Named Regional Director for San Antonio
James Seabolt has joined BSG as the new Regional Director for the San Antonio, Texas market. In his new role, Mr. Seabolt will be responsible for all sales and operational functions in our San Antonio office, building on the strong foundation of success already established in the region. With an established career spanning more than 25 years, James brings extensive sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience to our team.
A Proven Leader with Diverse Industry Expertise
Mr. Seabolt’s professional background is extensive and diverse, including leadership roles in the automotive and irrigation industries. James began his career in automotive and industrial manufacturing. At Frost & Sullivan, he collaborated with Tier I-III automotive manufacturers and suppliers, helping them develop and execute strategic initiatives. Over the next 14 years, James held leadership positions at Rain Bird, NDS Corporation, and SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he led built high-performance teams to achieve significant sales growth and strengthened market presence. Most recently at Total Sprinkler.com, James spearheaded the rapid growth of an online retail platform, establishing the company as an industry leader in landscape and irrigation direct-to-consumer products.

James resides in Bulverde, Texas, with his wife Suzanne and their two children. James and his family enjoy hunting, fishing, and sports activities. They are active members of Bulverde Baptist Church.
