Chorus SmartSecure is part of a project bid team selected to remodel the Viva Health Building in downtown Birmingham. Chorus is leading the installation of low voltage wiring, access control, security systems, video surveillance, and low voltage wiring for data. These state of the art technologies are part of a modernization project that will equip the facility to serve as a home for IRS employees for years to come.

With 17 stories reaching 225 feet, the Viva Health building is a recognizable part of Birmingham’s skyline. This building has been a key piece of corporate office real estate since it’s completion in 1976.
This $300,000 project will be completed by December 2019.
