The historic North Birmingham community of Titusville welcomed some new neighbors. Smart neighbors, in fact. This new venture is designed to not only address the affordable housing crunch, but more importantly, it brings new technology and energy efficiency to help make the idea both more affordable and more sustainable for the home owners.
